Seriously? Is this what life has come to? Stoned 3D characters that barely resemble my childhood memories? NO. 90's cartoons are the golden standard. Rocko's Modern Life, PPG, Dexter's Laboratory, Hey Arnold, etc. - Making them into stoned 3D characters doesn't do anything.
